Step 1. Go to Sarthi Parivahan Site

Step 2. Now Select Your State

Step 3. You Can See left side bar many option

Step 4. Now click Print Learner license

                                                        

          

Step 5. Now Click Proceed Button

 Step 6.  Now Enter Your Applecation Number And Date Of Birth

Step 7. Now Click Submit Button

Step 8. One OTP was Sending in your Register Mobile Number

Step 9. Now Enter OTP And Click Submit Button

Step 10. Now Your Learning License is open , Then Print Out Your License
